Information
needed prior to inspection time to not only determine cost for the
inspection but to determine how much time we must allow for the
inspection:
- The approximate square footage of the building
- What city the building is located in
- Type of building (warehouse, office retail,
apartment complex etc.)
- If building is an apartment complex, how many
total apartments are there
- How many bathrooms / bedrooms per each unit
- How many bathrooms in the building
- Roof style (flat or pitched)
- How many stories does the building have
- Is the roof accessible by “on site”

- Total number of furnaces that will heat the
building
- Are there roof-mounted or indoor heating systems
- The inspection address of the property and directions
to the property
